I don't give 5 stars that easily, but this was by far the most successful and pleasant transaction I've had on Etsy sofar. The closet is absolutely beautiful, well made and with amazing material (real oak). Then the service was flawless, with clear guidance and instant responses. I got video and photo material of the process and final product. The closet was wrapped with a lot of care and there was not a scratch on it when I received it. Absolutely recommend and will buy again myself.

Moni was more than helpful. I wanted something quite specific in my design and she was able to accommodate exactly what I wanted. Every feature was reviewed and discussed and progress photos were sent as the unit was built at her workshop. The unit arrived on schedule which was great.
