Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
Most of my boxes can be printed. This needs to be done in multiples of 12. A printing die needs to be created and then I can print as many or as often as you need. Please contact me if you would like a quote.
Refunds for Returns
Refunds will be provided on receipt of boxes received in their original packaging.
UK orders will be refunded less £4 for standard post, £5 for 1st class post and £8 for Special Delivery, and international orders will be refunded less £10. This is to cover the cost of postage.
