Gift wrapping and packaging

I package items with safety and protection during transit being the highest priority. I am happy to include your gift message free of charge, but I do not offer gift wrapping.

My item says it was delivered, but I did not receive it. What happened?

Please contact your local USPS office. If it was mis-delivered, it may have ended up back there. Sometimes items are incorrectly scanned and show up the next day. I ship everything with tracking via the USPS and once it is scanned into their system it is no longer in my control, unfortunately.

Do you offer custom engraving?

I do not offer custom engraving, sorry!

Will you hold/reserve an item for me?

I only allow holds/reserves to repeat customers.

My item was damaged during transit.

Is this jewelry item real gold/silver/stone etc.?

Please check the body of the listing. I do my best to describe every item accurately. All stone materials are described in the listing as faux/imitation/rhinestone/paste/etc or genuine. Items marked with metal content marks (14k/sterling/925/etc) are also indicated in the listing and photographed.

Can I have a discount if I order more than one jewelry item?

I offer free domestic shipping year-round, regardless of the number of items bought at once. Beyond that, specialty bulk discounts start at sales totaling $200 or more. If this applies to you, please contact me for details.
