Wholesale availability
At this time we do not offer wholesale.
Returns/items marked delivered
Because most of our products are for personal use we unfortunately are unable to accept returns. Although we ship our products well, if they are damaged during shipping please contact us and we will see what we can do. Please note our items are shipped with tracking. If an item is marked as delivered we are unable to provide a replacement or refund. This is extremely rare so if it does happen please reach out to us and we can help assist in trying to locate your package. We are also not responsible for packages stolen once delivered.
Soap Ingredients
Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches, and ingredients may vary depending on availability from our trusted suppliers. Please message us for our current ingredients.
Shipping
We kindly ask for you to verify your shipping address submitted with your order. If your order is returned due to incorrect address there will be an additional cost to reship your order to the correct address.
Orders returned due to incorrect address require purchase of a new shipping label to be resent.
If we do not hear from you within 14 days of delivery attempt, the order will be considered abandoned.

What is your policy for melted soaps during hot weather?
During the warmer months, soaps can melt if left in hot mailboxes, parcel lockers, or direct sunlight. While melting is rare, it is possible during extreme heat.
To prevent this, we strongly recommend one of the following precautions:
• USPS Hold for Pickup (a free service)
• Signature Confirmation (available for $4.50 – message us before your order ships)
We are unable to replace melted soaps unless one of these precautions was taken. There are no exceptions to this policy. Please monitor your tracking and bring your package indoors promptly once delivered.
Do you ship internationally or to freight forwarding addresses?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with international forwarding services or courier warehouse addresses (such as Aramex, Shipito, MyUS, etc.) will be automatically canceled and refunded.
To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we only ship to US-based residential or verified commercial addresses.
Why do some orders need to be placed separately?
For orders with a total over $250 — including item cost, taxes, and shipping — we require the purchase to be placed as two separate orders to ensure full shipping protection.
Both orders will be packaged and shipped together unless requested otherwise.
