How can I download my digital files after purchase?

Due to the limited storage size of Etsy and to the big size of the images, they are stored on my Dropbox account. You do not need to pay anything or download any software.
Please go to your Etsy account under the purchases and review tab. Click on the order and then click download. You will download a PDF file with a link. Please click where it says HERE (on your desktop, not the mobile app).
Now you can download the files from Dropbox. You just have to click the tick box on the upper left corner and click download. All you have to do now is just unzip the archive on your computer.
If you still have problems, please reach out and I will find another solution to get the files to you. Thank you again,
