We design our keycaps using Adobe Photoshop and do multiple designs before we send it to the keycap printer. -
Once the design is complete and the production partner has printed the keycap, the finished product will look like this. -
For most of our keycap sets, we use a standard layout in which we apply coloring and edits to font and image placement.

Custom and personalised orders
I do accept custom orders for minor adjustments to existing keycaps and can take custom orders if either a design has already been created or the number of keycaps to be designed are less than 10. However, there are NO refunds on these orders.
Expect 1-2 months for delivery for custom orders. This is because we have to take time to design, customize and color test each keycap.
Returns
I can accept returns within 30 days of delivery, and the buyer is responsible for the price of return shipping with tracking.
However, if I am nice enough to provide you with a return shipping label which occasionally happens depending on the logistics partner, then you must ship it out within 4 business days or else NO refund will be given.
