🐦 Can I return my item?
Returns will be handled on an individual basis. In most cases, items that are not customized can be returned.
Return request must be sent within 48 hours of receiving your item. Buyer will not be refunded shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when returning item and refund will not be processed until I have received the item to be returned.
I do not accept returns on any customized items. However, if you have a problem with your item, feel free to contact me via Etsy messenger.
🐦 What do I do if I received a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to me as soon as possible through Etsy messenger and include photos of the damage. These photos are essential, as all packages are insured, and I need them to file an insurance claim. ** PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE DAMAGED ITEM UNTIL I HAVE RESPONDED TO YOUR MESSAGE.** I will begin production on a replacement right away; however, production times may vary. If you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement, I’m happy to accommodate that as well.
🐦 Custom and personalized orders
Absolutely! I love working on custom orders. Options include (but aren’t limited to) color, size, text, font, etc.
Feel free to send me a message with your custom requests—reference photos are always super helpful!
🐦 What is your current turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 7 days.
Please note that, due to high demand during the holiday season, we are unable to accommodate rush orders.
