An idea and a nudge or two...
Like all great projects, PixelPosh Design began with an idea (and maybe a nudge or two from the people closest to me).
Hello, I'm AnJanette, owner of PixelPosh Design. Creative is a word that has been used to describe me for as long as I can remember- it's in my blood. After spending time working as a window designer and visual merchandising manager for a department store (rest in peace Z.C.M.I), I decided to trade dressing mannequins and designing windows for chasing three real live humans around all day.
I missed my creative outlet and so in 2010 I bought Photoshop, designed my very first project and I haven't looked back. In 2015, the idea to open my own shop hovered around the back of my mind but I let it stay there for months. It wasn't until I designed an invitation for a friend and she actually paid me and my husband said 'you really should go for it' for the thousandth time that I decided to turn my idea into reality. In 2016, PixelPosh Design was created.
I've designed everything from tiny bottle cap magnets to enormous banners and everything in between- gift tags, invitations, flyers, yard signs, posters and more. Just like my job as a visual merchandiser, I love that my job designing is never the same. Each project is special and different and I love the variety of things I get to create.
I pride myself on being detail-oriented and getting things exactly the way you imagined them to be and I won't rest until you are happy. Literally. Who needs sleep anyway?
