Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
Every NFC card, sticker, magnet and decal we make is custom. Upload your logo or design (png, jpg, svg or pdf) and type your text or link in the personalization fields at checkout. We prepare a digital proof and send it to you through Etsy messages before printing — nothing goes to production until you approve it. One round of small revisions is included.
How do NFC cards work? Do they need an app?
No app needed. Tap the card to the top of an iPhone (XS or newer) or the back of an Android phone and your link opens instantly — a Google review page, your contact card, website, Instagram, menu, anything. Every card also has a QR code on the back as a backup for older phones. We program the card with the link you provide before shipping; you can ask us to reprogram it to a different link any time.
How long does production and shipping take?
NFC cards (single cards and review card packs) are made in 3–5 business days; our Holographic NFC card ships faster, in 1–3 business days. Stickers ship in 1–3 business days. Fridge magnets ship within 1–2 business days after you approve the proof. Window decals take 4–5 business days because we proof, print, cut and quality-check each order by hand. All physical orders ship from Brooklyn, NY via USPS with tracking; most US addresses receive their package 2–5 days after it ships. Need it faster for an event? Message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make the date.
Wholesale availability
Yes. We regularly print for restaurants, salons, realtors, contractors and multi-location businesses. NFC review cards for teams, stickers and labels from 50 to 1,000+ pieces, business card magnets and car magnet sets are all available in bulk at lower per-unit pricing. Message us with the item, quantity and your deadline and we will send a quote within one business day. We are a real print shop in Brooklyn, NY — pixelprint.nyc — so large and repeat orders are welcome.
