4 out of 5 starsvery hard to read the pattern. You need to make a color chart not just the black and white The designer sent me much better charts in color that are very much easier for me to use. She was very helpful and a joy to work with

5 out of 5 starsOne of my favorite x-stitch patterns. It'll be quick to work up and the pattern is well written. Would make a great gift for so many people I know, especially myself. LOL

Sizing details
Each counted cross stitch pattern lists the finished stitch count as well as the dimensions of the stitched item in several of the most popular thread counts available. If you want to use a different count fabric, you can easily calculate the finished size as well as the needed fabric.
Take the number of stitches wide and divide by the fabric thread count. Do the same with the height. That will give you the dimensions of the final stitched area. That does NOT take into account additional fabric that you will need around the finished design.
Be sure to add at least 3 inches (7.62 cm) PER SIDE to give you a comfortable amount of extra fabric on which to work on. So that would add 6 inches (15.24 cm) to both height and width.
Custom and personalized orders
Customized patterns can always be requested and I will work on it with you until you are completed satisfied with the resulting pattern.
Adding a personalization to a pattern (name, title, date, etc.) can be requested at no additional charge.
Do you offer large format charts?
Absolutely. I'm currently going through and adding the large format PDFs into each pattern listing. If you don't see it there yet, just contact me thru Etsy and I will get that pattern emailed to you.
What types of chart format will I get?
Everyone has their preferences and I do my best to accommodate. From my experience, it boils down to comfort level of the stitcher.
Currently, I offer 4 different pattern PDFs for each pattern - a regular format chart in either black and white or colored versions as well as larger format charts in again black and white or colored versions.
You do not have to choose an option when you order. All four are available to you after you order in your download section.
The PDFs have identifiers at the end of each file name that tells you what they are:
RC - regular format, colored chart
RBW - regular format, black and white chart
LC - large format, colored chart
LBW - large format, black and white chart
How do I line up the pages on large designs?
Each pattern PDF comes with a "pattern map" that shows the exact layout of where the pages are in relation to one another.
How do I know how to stitch overlapped pages?
Each page that has an overlap, has the overlapping 3 rows and/or columns highlighted in red on each page of the overlap. So if you stitch those 3 rows/columns on the first page, you would not stitch the red highlighted rows/columns on the next page that overlaps. You will start at the next square after the overlapped highlighted area.
The overlap is there to help show you how each page butts up to the previous page.
