Who we are
PixelariumLab is a U.S.–based small studio selling digital design files on Etsy. For privacy questions, contact: [email: your@email.com

What personal data we receive
We only receive information necessary to complete your order and provide support, which Etsy shares with us when you purchase or contact us:

Name, Etsy username, and order details (items, price, time of purchase).

Email address (when Etsy provides it) and any information you send in messages (e.g., custom requests, reference images).

We do not receive or store your full payment card details—payments are processed by Etsy Payments.

How we use your data

To fulfill your order and provide instant downloads or replacement links (contract).

To answer messages and provide customer support (legitimate interest/contract).

To maintain purchase records for tax, accounting, and license purposes (legal obligation).

To prevent fraud or misuse of digital files (legitimate interest).

Optional updates only if you explicitly opt in via Etsy (consent).

Digital files & backup links
Some listings include a ReadMe PDF with a backup link (e.g., cloud storage) so you can re-download files if needed. Access is limited to buyers; please don’t share links publicly.

Sharing your data
We share data only with service providers needed to run our shop:

Etsy (marketplace, payments, order management).

Secure cloud storage / file delivery (for backup links).

If we later add physical items: shipping carriers and print providers (for delivery).
We do not sell or “share” your personal information for advertising.

Data retention

Order and tax records: up to 7 years to meet legal obligations.

Messages/support files: typically 24 months after resolution.

We’ll keep minimal license records as needed to protect our work and your usage rights. When retention ends, we delete or anonymize data unless the law requires longer.

Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and data portability.

California (CPRA): We do not sell/share personal info. You may request access or deletion; we’ll honor unless records must be kept for legal reasons.

We may need to verify your identity (order number, account email).

Some data cannot be deleted if we are legally required to keep it (e.g., tax records).

International transfers
We are in the United States. If you buy from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. We rely on Etsy’s global infrastructure and standard contractual or equivalent measures used by our processors.

Cookies & tracking
Etsy controls site cookies and analytics on Etsy listings and checkout. PixelariumLab does not add third-party trackers to Etsy pages. See Etsy’s own cookie/privacy notices for details.

Children
Our products are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information (limited access, secure storage). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Updates to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. We’ll update the Effective date above and keep the latest version in this space.
