Custom and personalized orders
I am really happy to make personalized gifts. Almost any item in my shop can be customized
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship almost all over the world, I can route some kinds of products between the countries, but your item needs to go through customs in your country and import tax which is completely out of our control and does not directly result from or cost.
The buyer is responsible for any and all customs charges that might apply. Please allow at least 3 weeks for the delivery time, before inquiring as to where your item might be. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs OR for customs location.
ORDER CANCELATIONS
The items in my shop will be produced to order. If you place an order and it’s still processing, I cannot cancel the order any more than one hour after the order has been placed.
Once the order is shipped I can no longer cancel and refund your purchase at all.

Lost orders
If you do not receive your order after 30 days (US) or 60 days (International), and your tracking has stated that it was delivered, we will investigate.
If your tracking number states that your item was delivered, but you do not get it, please contact us as soon as possible

to get updates when I upload new products, or you can subscribe to my email list. When purchasing an item on my shop, you will receive a special automated message from Etsy notifying you of your purchase, who made it, and any other information you have requested
I want to change the delivery address
If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address please contact us ASAP. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate changes if your order has already been collected by our fulfillment partners, so please double-check the address you provide when placing an order.
Please remember address in Hebrew or nonlatin languages sometimes turns to gibberish so please only English!!

In the event that something slips past quality control, and you received a bad print or defective product, In order to receive a replacement product PLEASE SEND US A PICTURE
