Pixels to Prototype started with a dust boot that wouldn't stay put.
A few minutes into every CNC job, my dust boot would drift, chips would fly, and I'd be vacuuming the spoilboard again. I couldn't find one that actually fit my machine and stayed put — so I designed my own. Then a router base plate. Then a zero clearance insert for the table saw. Every product in this shop started as a real problem in my own workshop, solved with the same tools I'm selling to you: CNC, 3D printing, laser, and a lot of trial and error.
I'm Mike. Prior to starting this shop, I spent years in the manufacturing industry, and it shows in how I build — tight tolerances, honest descriptions, and parts I test on my own machines before they ever ship.
