She understood the urgency and reason behind my order and assisted to ship out the journal very quickly and even made me a touching and thoughtful gift. The journal arrived even more beautiful than expected and in perfect condition. I am thankful and grateful to have found her, and her shop in a time of need. 5 out of 5 starsA wonderful anniversary gift. Seller couldn’t have been more helpful during the design process, constantly keeping me informed and agreeing to changes. Delivery was very quick and follow up check to make sure all was ok. 5 star and more!
