Do I need Canva Pro to edit my files?

Our files are designed to work with Canva-- you must create a free account to edit your templates. If a product includes elements that require Canva Pro, we'll clearly note that in the product description-- otherwise, everything can be customized using the free version!

How do I access my files after purchase?

After your order is confirmed, you'll receive a download link in pdf form (Canva file) via Etsy. Simply open up the Canva file, click on the link, and start customizing immediately. If you run into any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out-- I'm here to help!

Will you send me physical copies of my order?

No, we do not ship physical items. All of our products are digital downloads and/or editable Canva templates. You'll receive instant access after purchase and can print your own design at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printing service.

Custom and personalized orders

We kindly ask for at least 1-2 weeks notice before your event to create and finalize your custom template. This ensures we have enough time to design, send proofs, and make any requested edits. For rush orders, please message us first-- depending on our schedule, a rush fee may apply.
