Hi, I include Velcro with every order however I don’t attach it as some don’t want to attach it permanently to Jacks head so as per included instruction sheet it’s at your discretion to use the Velcro. Thank you for supporting my small shop this season 🎄

Hi, so sorry shipping was slow, when you ordered on 11/18 I was roughly 2 1/2 weeks production time to ship and didn’t take the Thanksgiving Holiday into account. I made orders as the were received and I’m a one woman shop so I really appreciate your support this season 🙏🏻 I hope all your Holiday Screams Come True 🎄

When can I expect my item to ship?
Unless Specified in the listing as a RTS item, your item will be custom created just for you and will ship within two weeks unless otherwise stated... please see shop announcement for current turn around time. If you need your item sooner please select RUSH upon check out and your item will ship next business day :)
Can I request a custom colored bow?
Yes! You can request a specific colored bow :)
Do you sell your fabrics?
Some of my fabrics are custom created and printed for my designs, I'm sorry I do not sell my fabrics.
Why is my bow and trim different than pictured?
I try to create OOAK creations. Bow may be flat or pillowed and coordinating fabric may vary as well as trim. If you want the design EXACTLY as pictured, please specify in NOTES upon check out ❤️ or send me a message.
