PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE PLACING ORDERS, Turnaround times are updated here weekly. Please be sure to check the shipping and delivery dates in the listings and read the shipping and processing times here in the announcements prior to placing an order. If you are not sure if your ears will reach you in time based on the processing times OR expected delivery dates, please reach out to me first before ordering to be sure if your ears will be sent on time. Once your order is placed, there are NO cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds. In the event a return is extended to a buyer, return postage is the responsibility of the buyer not the shop owner. The return must be in the mail within 3 days of the agreed upon return. When returned item is received, a refund will be processed for the amount of the purchase less the original shipping fees.

PROCESSING TIMES AND SHIPPING Orders are made to order in the order purchases come in. The current processing times can be anywhere between 3-4 weeks depending on how many orders are pending and where your order falls in line to be made. I ship USPS first class which is usually 4-6 business days. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost, but please keep in mind this does not push your order to the front of the line, it only expedites the shipping time through the USPS. Please keep in mind the processing and shipping time when placing orders especially if you need your ears to arrive before your expected trip date.
DESCRIPTIONS: Ears may vary slightly than pictured due to lighting and placement of fabrics with patterns or colors such as “tie dye, plaids, prints etc.”. Ears are photographed in natural lighting. On the rare occasion (cloudy, overcast, rainy, snowy days) that do not offer good natural lighting, a flash from the camera may be used if lighting is not sufficient. All ears have a hidden Mickey (small resin sparkly mouse head) on the back as my signature. I typically try to match the color to blend in with the fabric or print. If you do not want a hidden Mickey, please request it in the notes.
