Never received item and no tracking number provided. Very disappointing.

This is the first time I write a bad review on Etsy. We never got the item. The seller claimed to have shipped the items twice but never gave us a tracking number so it is unclear if they actually sent it out. Now that the Etsy protection has run out, the seller is no longer responding to my messages. Very disappointing.

Seller never sent the item and when I reached out, they said they would check on tracking and resend another pair upon my request. I said I needed the pair STAT, however that could happen. Tracking was never updated and another pair was never sent. Seller stopped responding and finally issued a refund. Very disappointed in how this all went down, and my child is so extremely disappointed because this item was meant for a costume performance. Item was obviously not here on time, as it never showed up. Not sure if this is a fake seller or what but I would not recommend.

Shirt was cute! Came a bit later than expected. Was disappointed to see that there was no ladybugs on the jacket part though.
