Hi, I’m Lauren, the Texas-based graphic designer behind Plan Chic Trips.
I created Plan Chic Trips in 2024 for the woman who starts the group chat, saves all the travel ideas, and somehow becomes responsible for organizing the entire getaway. Trip planning should feel exciting, but coordinating schedules, reservations, activities, budgets, and everyone’s preferences can quickly become overwhelming.
With professional graphic design experience dating back to 2017, I wanted to create travel-planning tools that combine beautiful design with practical organization. Plan Chic Trips was created to help turn scattered screenshots, saved TikToks, and group-chat ideas into one polished plan that everyone can follow.
Every template is thoughtfully designed from scratch with clear sections, coordinated colors, readable layouts, and real travel needs in mind. Depending on the product, you may find editable Canva itineraries, mobile trip planners, printable travel pages, animated invitations, packing lists, budget tools, and Google Sheets travel spreadsheets.
What makes Plan Chic Trips different is the balance between style and structure. These are not plain, corporate-looking planners or generic schedules. Each design is created to help your itinerary match the feeling of the trip—whether you’re planning a girls’ weekend, birthday getaway, bachelorette celebration, romantic escape, family vacation, or tropical adventure.
Since opening, Plan Chic Trips has grown to more than 900 Etsy sales and dozens of five-star reviews. I’m especially proud when customers tell me that their friends loved the itinerary, the templates were easy to edit, or the planner helped everyone stay informed during the trip.
Plan Chic Trips is for travelers who love the details but do not want to spend hours designing everything from a blank page. I believe the planning should add to the excitement—not take away from it.
I’m also the type of person who wants the colors, itinerary, invitations, and entire trip vibe to feel coordinated, so every design receives that same level of care.
