Do you ship with a tracking number?

Australia:
Tracking is available by selecting the Registered Post upgrade option.

Rest of the world:
Tracking is available by selecting Add Tracking upgrade option.

How long until my order will arrive?

Unfortunately, this is big variable that I have little control over. Within Australia, please allow up to a week from the time your order has been dispatched with Australia Post for them to deliver it. For international orders including United States and Canada, please allow up to 20 business days. It is often much quicker than this but sometimes they get held up in customs.

Where does our artwork come from?

Plan It Beautiful uses a mix of sources:
- Purchased drawings from other artists.
- Commercially purchased photographs.
- Original artwork, drawn exclusively by our classically & formally trained team.
- Photographs taken by our own team.
We have obtained appropriate licences for this kind of commercial use for all artworks sourced from outside our own team.
As creative people, we pride our self on ethical practices relating to the use of art and respect of original works and artists. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should have any questions.
