- To download the file, if you're using the files via mobile or iPad, you will need to access via your internet browser as the Etsy app does not enable downloads. Once logged in go to the "Purchases and Reviews" page, select your PlanPlanStudio order and click the "Download File". The files may open into a new tab.

- If you checked out as a guest on Etsy, check the email you used for your purchase. There will be a message from "transactions@etsy.com" where a link to download files will be included.

However, if you have any problems with your download or file please feel free to contact me here on Etsy and I will help resolve it as quickly as possible!

1. Locate your downloaded file in the Files app on iPad and tap to open/view it.
2. Tap the Share icon.
3. Locate and tap the “Copy to GoodNotes” option. (This is where you can select a different note taking app if you prefer.)
4. In GoodNotes, select the category you would like to open your file in.

1. Open to the page you would like copied/moved around.
2. Tap the Thumbnail icon and hit Edit > Copy.
3. Open to the location where you would like to paste the page.
4. Tap the “+” icon and then tap the add button (the circle with plus) where you would like to insert the page.
5. Tap “Paste Copied Pages”.

Currently, Zip files need to be unzipped before opening on an iPad. To unzip it, there are two options:
- Use a zip viewer app like iZip or WinZip (available in free version). After you unzip the file, there will be PNG files of stickers and save them to your camera roll and insert them via photos to Goodnotes.

or

- You can unzipping the files on a desktop first and then moving them over to an iPad.

If you are unable to do this and would like me to send you the unzipped files, I can defitinely do that just send me a message!

To keep things easy, I open the Files app in a floated window on top of GoodNotes by swiping up on the bottom bar and dragging it onto the spread.

To import a grouped sticker sheet:
1. Open sticker folder in Files window.
2. Locate desired sticker sheet and drag it over to note app.
3. Tap and hold on the sticker sheet and select Crop.
4. Crop around chosen sticker and select Done.

To import individual sticker PNGs:
1. Open “Individual PNGs” folder in the Files window.
2. Locate desired sticker and drag over to note app.
3. Edit, size, and arrange as desired.

To access all the hyperlinks in GoodNotes, make sure the “Read-Only” tool is selected. It looks like a crossed out pencil.

The Notability app uses the "Scissors Tool". Select it and then tap on the hyperlink. There will be a prompt to take you to the linked page.
