My pot was damaged upon arrival- now what?
I do my best to package my pots with the upmost care, but sometimes things go awry during the transportation phase. Should your item come damaged, please contact me ASAP with a photo of the damage and I will happily replace the item pending inventory availability.
Custom and personalized orders
If you see a pot that you like but don’t love the color, please don’t hesitate to send me a message with what you’re looking for and I will happily do my best to create the pot you’re searching for! Custom orders do require a $0.20 listing fee and come with a slightly higher price point to reflect the extra special attention and work ❤️
Where’s my package?
You’ll receive a tracking number when your package is given to the post office. I am not responsible for delayed packages. Please keep in mind that due to the current climate, the USPS is experiencing some unexplained delays. If you’re having trouble with your shipment I will do my best to help.
Refunds/Returns/Cancellations
Shop policies
Due to my products being extremely fragile and at high risk to damage during each transit, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds at this time unless I am at fault for making a mistake on your order, or your item(s) gets damaged while in transit.
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order as I start working on my orders quickly! After 24 hours of placing your order, unfortunately I cannot guarantee that I will be able to cancel your order, as my items are either made to order or they ship quickly.
