5 out of 5 starsI'm really enjoying this planner since buying it. I've spent so much time and money looking for a really good one. Or I had a ton of seperate journals for self care things. I found this one, and it's got the self care parts I need without the all in one part, which can get overwhelming for me. It's beautifully thought through.

How do I buy and download my digital product?
1. Add to your cart
2. Choose your payment method and proceed to checkout
3. Once payment is confirmed, you will be given the download link within a few minutes through an automated email from Etsy
4. You may also look for your order in the “Purchases and Reviews” section in your Etsy account to download your files
5. If you checked out as a guest, you will receive a download link through the email you used to submit your order
6. Download and save the file to your computer or tablet device (smartphones not supported), or directly to apps such as GoodNotes or Notability
Why can't I return my digital products?
The nature of digital products makes returns virtually impossible, as once the purchase is complete, the file is sent out and forever in the possession of the buyer. However, if you have an issue with the file, please do not hesitate to reach out. The seller will work with you to resolve to issue as soon as possible.
How do I use the digital products on my iPad or tablet?
Planned Splendor's digital products are interactive hyperlinked PDF files. They are made for the iPad or other tablet devices that can run a PDF annotation app, such as GoodNotes, Noteshelf, and Notability, or PDFelement and Xodo for Android devices. It also requires you to use an Apple Pencil or stylus for writing in and editing the document. For the best user experience, please use the GoodNotes app on the iPad.
Do you take custom orders?
I'd love to take your custom orders! Feel free to message me on Etsy to discuss what your needs are for your digital planner or journal and I will happily make it happen. However, I am a one-person business, so depending on your goals, please allow me a minimum of 2 weeks of production time for your custom digital file.
Can I share my digital product with other people?
No, you may not share any portion of the files downloaded from Planned Splendor to other people. All files are for personal use only. You cannot remake or resell any portion of the files for commercial purposes.
Why are my hyperlinks not working?
In GoodNotes, please have the ‘Read-Only’ tool on. It looks like a crossed out pencil on the top right corner of the screen. Please also make sure your tablet system software is up-to-date. If so, please close all the documents and PDF annotation apps and force quit it then restart your tablet. Please send me a message if you still have an issue, we can work this out together!
Is there a difference between a dated and undated planner?
Undated planners can be reused year after year. But you will need to fill out the dates for each yearly, monthly & weekly page. Dated planners are ready for immediate use, but can only be used for the specific year it is designed for.
