PlannerKate does not accept order cancellations. If something needs changed on your order once placed, please contact me through Etsy messages. Ability to make changes is not guaranteed and will be determined on a case by case basis

PlannerKate does not accept order combination requests. Please ensure your order is complete before submitting. We are not able to combine and refund shipping on multiple orders.

Due to the nature of the items sold there will be no refunds or returns. If you are dissatisfied with your order or a specific item in your order please contact me to discuss! These situations are treated on a case-by-case bases, but are always resolvable.

If there are any issues with an order, we must be contacted within 30 days of shipment in order to honor any mistakes or concerns. Unfortunately once the 30 day window passes we will no longer honor any replacement requests.

Planner Kate accepts payments via etsy direct checkout and PayPal only.

Packages are not shipped until payment is received.

COUPON CODES-
Coupon codes cannot be combined. By policy Etsy allows one coupon code per order. Though I do have multiple codes available only ONE code can be used per transaction.

All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of payment (1-2 weeks during sales).

No address changes will be accepted after 24 hours of placing orders. Please ensure your ship to address is correct when checking out.

PlannerKate is not responsible for additional shipping charges for packages that are returned to us due to incorrect shipping names or addresses. PlannerKate is not responsible if a forwarding address is not honored, but is returned to us instead.***

The Estimated Delivery date on your tracking is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Please be patient with the tracking as it can be slow to update online sometimes.

All International orders are shipped as flat rate packages with tracking & customs form completion.
Canada & Mexico $9.95
Everywhere Else $13.95

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

COVID19 SHIPPING TIME:
We are seeing a lot of delays in the USPS shipping time due to COVID19. If you have not received a delivery within the US and its been longer than 4 weeks, please contact us. Most are arriving within 2-3 weeks. We will be happy to issue a refund after 30 days. International orders delayed even longer. We've seen orders take 2-3 month to arrive. Unfortunately at this time we are not offering refund for international orders that are delayed.

**Please do not leave custom changes in the notes to seller without messaging me first for a custom listing. PK is a ready to ship shop so custom changes include an additional fee**
