Processing Time is daily which means we create shipping labels, this leads to confusion and does not mean we are shipping the plant. Our shop ships Monday, Tuesday, and Friday if weather permits , with consideration for holiday and postal delays for states furthest away from California. Due to our blessed support, we do take about 3-5 days to process the orders. This means it can take 3-9 days to get some plants depending on availability. In a few cases plants will be out of stock and have to be back ordered, we will communicate this as soon as we can. I wanted to let folks know "Winter is Coming" - In the colder months plants often can come in smaller compared to our growing months. Please keep this in mind! We will continue to ship healthy plants !

Understand that some plants can lose leaves , have wilted leaves or even have some damage leaves in shipping. Product costs will only be refunded if the product received was damaged beyond survivability of plant, i.e. a slightly wilted plant does NOT qualify as a damaged plant or leaves damaged or minor defects as this is expected. We expect that some leaves may fall off or can get bent. NOTE for consideration of a refund we will need the following
1) Photo of the entire plant not just a single leaf with the shipping box and it's shipping label in the photo.
2) We must receive notice within 24 hrs of delivery confirmation.
Understand that once given the proper care the plant will soon recover. If the problem is caused by me, the seller, we will also refund the cost of the return shipping. Your item and shipping refund, if necessary, will be deposited through the payment method you used.
