The only thing I have to point out is that the QR code for the audio really does work, it just might take a moment for your device to recognize it.

Where/How do I access my purchase to download?
METHOD 1: Your Account
From a web browser (NOT MOBILE APP), login your account and access the options under 'Your account' > 'Purchases and reviews' to locate the order.
Click "Download Files" [button] to save purchase. If greyed out, the purchase may be pending. Try again in 10 minutes. Please contact me if the issue persists.
METHOD 2: Email from Etsy
Within the email, click the “View your Files...” button to be redirected to the download page for your purchase.

Where/How can I print my printable item?
You can print at home. If that is not preferred or possible, choose to print with a local printer/print shop (local business or big chain such as Staples, Office Depot/Office Max, or FedEx) or seek an online printer. I've printed colored documents with printivity.com and was happy with my product.
How do I import to GoodNotes or Notability?
First, save the downloaded file to a location, or source that is available for access on the device you use the app (Examples: Apple iOS File, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, GOODNOTES
- Open GoodNotes iPad app
- Choose category to save the file
- Tap “ + ” to select “Import”
- Browse the file location (i.e. Files, OneDrive, DropBox, etc.) and select the PDF file

Do I receive my order in the mail?
Currently all shop items are instant downloads that are delivered via (1) your account and (2) the confirmation email from Etsy.

How do I print PDFs?
1. Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader (or other PDF reader).
2. Click File > Print. Optionally, or if not selected, choose settings for US Letter 8.5x11" paper size, the correct orientation, and print "100%." - FOR OTHER SIZES, use printing options to "Fit" or "Fit to Page"
Custom and personalized orders
Printable PDFs are delivered as final products for you to print and not intended for editing of any kind. Print the PDF and write your entry manually, or if you're lucky enough to have a typewriter, type the entry.
Future offerings may offer PDFs that can be customized, but unless an item description specifically states an item is editable/customizable, the default is a final product intended for printing only.
How do I edit a PDF template with fillable text fields?
1. Ensure you are on a computer and opening the PDF in a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader (free at get2.adobe.com/reader).
2. Click each editable field to begin typing in your text.
3. SAVE EDITS (with a new name so different than your blank template) and optionally print your completed template.
