When will my item ship?
I will always do my best to ship your item within the time stated on the item's listing. However, my local post office only accepts items during regular business hours, so there may be times due to my work schedule that I cannot get to the post office until the weekend. Typically, I will send you a message if there's going to be a delay longer than one day. However, feel free to message me at any time if you have any concerns about when your item will arrive or if you need it by a certain day.
Will you make an item for (specific fandom)?
Absolutely! If an item is listed in my shop, it means I was inspired to make it because I am a fan of that particular show/video game/movie, but if it's not in my shop, that doesn't mean I'm not a fan or I don't know about it. If you ever want a custom item for a certain fandom, all you need to do is mention it to me and I will gladly research that fandom if I don't already know it in order to make you the best item I can. (You may just end up helping me discover a new thing to enjoy for myself.)
