Hi, I'm Paul — the maker behind Plotter & Poly, based in the UK.
Every item in this shop is designed and made by me, by hand, using a range of craft technologies I've spent years perfecting. From precision vinyl cutting and sublimation printing through to 3D printed cookie cutters, edible cake toppers, and custom protective accessories for your expensive kit — if it can be personalised or made to order, I'll find a way to make it.
Plotter & Poly started as a passion for making things that feel genuinely unique. I got tired of seeing the same mass-produced gifts everywhere and wanted to create something different — products with real character, made just for you.
I also design and print custom protective covers, cases and mounts for expensive equipment. Because good kit deserves looking after.

Processing & dispatch
All items are made to order. Please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be made and dispatched. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day etc.) this may be slightly longer — I'll always let you know if there's a delay.
Shipping
Orders are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
UK: 2–4 working days
Europe: 7–14 working days
Rest of world: 14–21 working days
I'm not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please get in touch and I'll do my best to help.
Returns & exchanges
Because all items are personalised and made to order, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or faulty. If there's a problem with your order please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I'll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.
Custom & personalised orders
Please double-check all spellings, names, and details before submitting your order as I make items exactly as specified. I can't be held responsible for errors in the information provided.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After that point production may have already begun and cancellations can't be guaranteed.
