-All of our items are handmade and made to order (regardless of personalization.)

-Turnaround time vary depending on the product but most items range between 2-5 business days and 5-10 days for a custom order. This DOES NOT include weekends or holidays.

-The delivery dates shown on the listing are estimated by Etsy using my processing time + shipping method. These are estimates and not guaranteed.

-If you need your items sooner, please reach out to me to see if rush order is available. Otherwise, everything is processed within the turnaround time.

-Orders cannot be canceled after 8 hours. All canceled orders have a 10% cancellation fee.

-We are not responsible for shipping delays.

-We are not responsible for orders that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct before purchasing.

-If your item is lost by USPS, we will offer a refund or replacement sent via the original shipping method chosen at checkout. “Lost” = tracking does not update and/or continues to state “arriving late” after 10 days once shipped.

-If your item is marked delivered but you haven't received it: Please check with members of the household & neighbors. Check to see if the package is around your home outside, by the front door. Also allow an additional couple days for the item to arrive. Items occasionally get marked delivered but still get delivered at a later date. If nothing shows, please contact USPS. We will not refund or replace items marked “delivered” by USPS.

-We DO NOT accept returns as items are customized and/or made to order, but please reach out if you have any concerns regarding your order. Any concerns must be brought to my attention within 7 days of the item being marked “delivered” by USPS.

-Mockups are by request only and only sent after purchase.

Our items are made from birch and maple wood. It is common for pieces to have darker marks/wood grain and wood knots. These are natural and not considered flaws. We make no attempt to cover these. Please keep in mind when purchasing.
