Shipping Information
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving clear payment.
Standard shipping is usually delivered in about 6-15 days for Europe ,approximately 3 weeks for U.S. and other overseas countries. The delivery time is approximate, it might take longer on busy Holiday season.
Please understand that the delivery time of international shipping is completely out of our control due to customs processes and varying countries policies.

Any item can be custom designed to fit your needs, so don't hesitate to ask me to design something special for you, as designing new things is one of

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase.
Please double check the "ship to" address entered into Etsy. I am not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
If packages are shipped back to me due to being non-deliverable, i will have to ask that you pay another shipping fee so that i can resend it to you.
I can't be responsible for a wrong address so no refund will be issued for that mistake.
