Payment Options
We accept Pay Pal, Direct check out with a major Credit Card & Etsy Gift Cards. We will ship once payment posts as "CLEARED". We will consider other payment arrangements, just inquire. Listed items can be reserved for 24 hours. However if payment is not received within the suggested time period the listed item will be released. Payment plan options are available! Message us!
Gift wrapping and packaging
We are a sustainably-conscious shop. Therefore, we prefer recycling boxes, paper, bubble wrap, and popcorn styrofoam. Shipping charges INCLUDE the cost we incur to purchase a special size box, paper, tape, etc.
If a request is made to expedite an item, adjusted shipping costs apply.
We are happy to gift wrap items at no additional cost to you!
FACTOID: Each item has a ship cost for regular delivery (up to 7 days). Anything quicker costs more.
Refunds
At this time we offer a few products, all other items are services. While we do not offer refunds, if you need to cancel your session, you have 30 days to reschedule.
The chakra kits are intuitively designed to each customer and come with specific information relating to your chakras and each crystal based on your energy. We cannot resale these items, therefore, we will not refund your purchase.
