RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted in 5 days of receiving the goods. Please let me know before you send an item back. The item should be unused in its original packaging. The shipping cost for the returning is covered by You. Refund will be made as soon as the package is received and checked for any damage. Only the item's value will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable !!!

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If your package returns to me I can offer you a resend or the transaction can be cancelled.
In case of resend - The shipping cost is covered by You.
Cancelling the transaction - refund of the item's value will be made without the shipping cost.

LOST PACKAGES
If a package get lost in the mail resend or refund will be made. A package is considered as lost in 60 days of the shipping date. In this case refund will be made minus the shipping cost.

DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive a damaged item please contact me so we can arrange resend or refund.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DUE TO MISREADING THE ITEM'S DESCRIPTION (regarding colour, size etc.) IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT THE SIZE , BEFORE YOU ORDER PLEASE MEASURE AND COMPARE TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS

EXPRESS SHIPPING: leatherRM provides express shipping via EMS. The delivery time frames that the carrier provides 3-7 working days.
