Really pretty polish. Mine isn't as neon/vibrant as the pictures, feels a bit more pastel leaning but it's still nice. It did take 3-4 coats to get fully opaque. The reaction time for it to change from cold to warm is outstanding, tho! Genuinely feels instantaneous. Never had a thermal this reactive before.

Unfortunately I don’t like this shade, as the warm state pulls gray on me and gray polish isn’t my thing. But it turns a nice purple in sunlight, and I’m glad that my money is going to a worthy cause.

This is a wonderfully-adorable-neutral pink polish for me ---- It's subtle in color, and the tiny specks in it add just enough "something" to make the polish stand out. I have typically pale hands with pink undertone that just SHINES thru when I wear pink polishes .... and it's a problem for me ... but this color is fantastic. (I keep calling it a pink polish because I also have "barely there short nails" ... so I have learned that when it comes to purchasing polishes that can change colors, that I need to be MOST comfortable with what it's default color will be on me (which is its "warm state") ... And for this polish, it's all good ;-)

Safe Travels

In 2016 I was packing my suitcase for a trip to Europe, when I realized I needed a better solution for my nail supplies! I grabbed some scrap fabric and stitched together the very first Jumbo Pak, with 24 pockets to haul my supplies - and my European shopping - home.

Upon my return I discovered the travel bag was also great for shopping trips and sending hauls to friends. I set about making an everyday bag with 12 pockets, and that's how the standard PolishPak came to be!

Sometime in 2017 I started making my own indie nail polish too. I was obsessed with thermals and the market didn't have what I wanted, so I started crafting my own with help from online indie communities. I released four polishes in 2018: Seattle (my hometown) a sheer thermal; Fargo, a purple solar; Torrevieja, a pink and purple solarthermal; and Cape Town, a multichrome. Since then I've released a few collections a year, all special effect formulas.

I love making color changing nail polish and hope you enjoy them too!

Are Voyage polishes vegan and cruelty-free?

I do not knowingly use any animal-derived or animal-tested ingredients in Voyage nail polish. The colors are hand-mixed synthetic pigments and plastics, suspended in a ten-free base.

When does Voyage polish expire?

Nail polishes are based in various alcohols and are sanitary for many years of enjoyment! For best results, store in a cool dark place. Thermal and solar pigments fade over time and transitions, so keeping them around 45-65°F (7-18°C) away from UV light helps them last more than 2 years. Never use acetone or alcohol as thinner.

What happens when I select Gift at checkout?

If you don't provide a comment at checkout, I don't do anything special with your package. I don't include invoices in any orders, so you or your recipient won't see any order information or pricing in the package. I'm happy to customize your package with a special message or simple gift wrap, if you communicate what you would like!

Can your nail polishes be customized for special events or personal taste?

I'm happy to discuss special labels or adjustments to the formula, depending on my availability. Please send me a message!

When will my order ship?

Most orders placed Friday-Monday will be picked up by the carrier Monday or Tuesday. Most orders placed Tuesday-Thursday will be picked up by the carrier Thursday or Friday.
