How do I send my personalized photo?
For designs that require a photo, please send your photo directly via Etsy message with your Transaction ID
If my Order is damaged during shipping, how do I receive a refund or replacement?
We take full responsibility for your order during the shipping process. All orders MUST TAKE VIDEO and photos of opening the package as a mandatory part of the refund - sending a replacement order process. So in case your package is broken, please message us via Etsy message and include it for me.

Is the back of the Acrylic marker cardboard?
We stick a thin layer of paper behind to avoid scratching the surface during transportation, after receiving it, please peel it off.
