Thank you for your feedback. This listing is for a digital download and no physical item is shipped. Etsy identifies digital products on the listing page, and the description and photos also indicate that this is a downloadable file. Title and description are very clear that this is a digital file.

1 out of 5 starsTerrible customer service and questionable detail for honoring customers. I would give this a zero stars for not being transparent. I understand that you don't want someone to copy your designs. However, the customer needs to feel that they are getting a quality item and not be deceived by your printable. I communicated with you multiple times. I have made many 3D printable animals. This is unacceptable! Extremely disappointed!

Just to clarify, this is a digital papercraft file for hand-cut or machine-cut assembly, not a 3D model for printing. It seems there was some confusion.
