The ring arrived damaged and the seller immediately responded via email to send me the return label and reached out to me daily until the ring returned back to him. Then I received the refund in full. I’m sorry it didn’t work. In the future, you may have to package the items better to guarantee safe arrival. I would use the same store again since they have such great prices! I don’t believe in spending lots of money on diamonds since the value tends to depreciate, but Pompeii3 prices are very reasonable compared to more expensive stores.
