Never shipped had to open a case, seller unresponsive

I ordered from this store twice previously and got lovely leashes. However, when I ordered most recently, I never received the leash. I reached out to the seller multiple times and never got a response. So if you get what you ordered, it’s lovely. But if you don’t, she won’t respond or try to make it right.

Adorable and so well made!! I got it for my neighbors dog, he looks great in it. He’s still getting used to it but the photo ops are great!
