How do I receive my files?
Instantly after checkout. Go to your Etsy account → Purchases and reviews → Download Files next to your order. Use a web browser rather than the Etsy app.
What exactly do I receive?
High-resolution digital files, as described in each listing — clipart comes as transparent-background PNGs, wall art as print-ready JPGs.
Can I print these myself?
Yes — print at home, at a local print shop, or through any online printing service.
Can I sell physical products I make with these designs?
It depends on the listing — check the license section of the item you are buying. Many of my clipart listings include small-business commercial use.
Is this a PDF?
No — it's better for this job. It's an interactive planner in a single file: a generator that picks tonight's scene for you, a flexible calendar that remembers your December, and letters that personalize themselves. A PDF can't decide anything; this can.
How do I open it after buying?
Download the file from Etsy (your Purchases page or the email link — in a browser, not the app, works best), then open it in any web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your home screen if you like. No install, no account, no other files.
Do I need internet or an app?
Neither. Once the file is downloaded it works completely offline, and there's no app, login or subscription involved.
What if I forget to move the elf?
That's literally what Emergency Mode is for. One tap serves a rescue scene and a ready-made excuse note that explains why the elf stayed put — undercover mission, official rest orders, guard duty — so the morning becomes a story instead of a scramble.
We start late / we travel / our elf splits time between two homes. Will it still work?
Yes — that's why it isn't a fixed December 1st plan. Start on any date, choose 7 to 25 nights, skip nights whenever real life happens, and use the travel / two-homes letter when the elf changes houses.
We have two elves (or three kids). Do I pay more?
No. Multiple elves and multiple children are built into the Setup — same price, and the generator can serve a different scene to each elf on the same night.
