Made To Order Items Processing Time
Most of the items in the shop take about *****3-4 weeks*** to ship out or arrive to the customer.
An Item being received about *****1 MONTH***** from order date is the NORM, and should be accounted for.
Cancelling Items, Returns, Exchanges
For the made to order items, once production begins I cannot cancel.
I cannot accept returns since everything is MTO(Made to order).
Exchanges are not possible (a new item would have to be made).
I am more than happy to help you with your selection if you are confused etc.
Can my MTO item be done faster?
The only possible upgrade is a $30 up-charge for shipping directly from my sewing partner. Even then the creation for the actual item may still take about 2 weeks.
