It's the 20s again! We don't have flying cars but we do have a global crisis. One of the major contributing factors is "fast fashion" (like Forever 21, Walmart, Old Navy, Amazon, etc.) and these poorly made cheap clothes are literally piling up. They can't even be used as rags because of the synthetic fibers. Now that the word is out, recycled clothing has been the fastest growing sector of the worldwide marketplace. Ways to help? Reselling and/or purchasing non-vintage used clothing, using recycled fabrics to making modern creations or purchasing from a maker of these items, or purchasing and preserving actual vintage clothing. We made a pledge to buy only from other humans (whether they are resellers or makers) and now we have responsible closets and the planet breathes a little easier. Will you be part of the change?
