5 out of 5 starsI cannot recommend this shop enough. Not only is the product of excellent quality, but the customer experience from Mari is phenomenal. After communicating to Mari that I needed to have the bottle labels in hand by the end of the week, she went above and beyond to get my order printed and mailed to me in time. This is the second time I have used this shop and I know it will not be the last.

HOW FAST WILL I GET MY ORDER?
It takes us anywhere from 1-3 business days to have your labels ready!
We're typically only on the higher end of that window if you request proof, as we can only print after you've approved the proof we send via Etsy message.
Delays in responses cause delays in completion.
Once we ship your order with the standard shipping, it will take anywhere from 3-8 business days to reach you.
The closer you are to FL, the sooner it may get to you. CA and WA tend to have the longest transit times.
Please be aware that we cannot control USPS transit times. If you need expedited shipping, you can upgrade prior to checkout.
You can choose from USPS Priority Shipping (up to 3 business days), and USPS Express Shipping (1-2 business days).
CAN I SEE MY DESIGN BEFORE IT'S SHIPPED?
We only send proof if it is requested in the order.
ERROR IN MY ORDER
If you find that we've made an error (the info on your label is not the info you submitted in your order, or we agreed to in messages), please message us right away with a brief explanation and images showing the mistake.
We will be happy to quickly send you a new order!
We are not responsible for errors made during the ordering process, as we copy and paste everything directly from what you send.
TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER
Once in a while USPS may accidentally mark a package delivered, despite it still being in their possession. You can reach out to your local post office, as they can help track down your package. You will need to provide your tracking number, and let them know you don't have the senders address.
If USPS isn't able to help and you still don't receive your order, please contact us!
