I’m Carrie, the owner and digital creator behind Pop of Ink. I’m self-taught and have been creating art for since high school. I am always learning, refining, and challenging myself to grow creatively every day.
Each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared, with attention to detail and quality at every step of the process. Because many of my items are custom or personalized, all custom orders are final sale once the proof has been approved and production has begun. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted based on personal preference, including color, style, or design, once an item has been produced and shipped.
Please note that colors may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the final printed piece due to differences in monitor settings and print processes. This is a normal part of professional printing.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos so I can help resolve the issue promptly.
