Do you make Custom Orders?
Unfortunately we have a very busy workload, so we are generally unable to accept custom requests. However, if you have a lovely idea for a reward chart or learning resource, please feel free to get in touch and we will keep it in mind for future developments!
Can I download and sell your items?
You cannot download Popcorn & Calm resources and sell them on. Our items are copyright and strictly for personal use only. You are welcome to use them at home, in school, or other educational settings. Please do not sell our files or pass them on as 'freebies'. Many thanks.
Will I receive a hard copy through the post?
Popcorn & Calm offer instant downloads only. You will not receive anything through the post.
I cannot download/find my purchase?
After purchase, you will receive a link on Etsy and also an email which includes your link. It is very important that Etsy have your up to date email address to avoid any issues. If you have an account, you can also go to 'You', 'Purchases and Reviews', where you will find your downloads listed. If you have any trouble, please get in touch as we can also email the files direct.
Am I able to get a refund?
As our items are instantly downloadable, once the transaction is complete and you have the file in your possession, we cannot offer a refund or credit note. Therefore if you have any questions, we recommend you message before making your purchase.
