We are Rebecca and Sarah Katherine Roberts. Our last name means Bright Fame, and we, the Bright Fame Sisters, are the artists of PoppyART. We enjoy living and creating in our hometown of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. We also love to learn and play and travel, and our art reflects that. All of our pieces are unique and original, and always made with love and light. We hope you find something that resonates with you in our art shop today.
Rebecca Roberts is the eldest sister and a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Crystal Healer, Aromatherapist, and also a yoga teacher. She started out in Theatre and has a BFA in Theatre Performance with a Dance Minor. She has worked professionally in various art forms including Theatre, Film, Photography, and Fine Art. Her works have been exhibited in Mississippi and California, some have even won awards!
Sarah Katherine Roberts is the youngest sister and is mainly an ink illustrator, although she does sometimes work in other art mediums as well. She spends much of her time illustrating personal and professional art commissions and is a serious blogger. She is extremely active in her community, the pursuit of knowledge, and most recently, baking, which there is a blog for, of course! Her works have been exhibited in Mississippi and Montreal.
