📦 Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping (Untracked/Uninsured):
By default, orders are shipped with standard mail, which does not include tracking or insurance. While this option is more affordable, please note that I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit when sent without tracking/insurance.
Upgraded Shipping (Tracked & Insured):
At checkout, you can choose upgraded shipping with tracking and insurance. This option is highly recommended for international orders and higher-value purchases. If your order is sent with insured shipping and something happens during transit, I can file a claim with the postal service and arrange a refund or replacement.
💌 Damaged or Missing Packages If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:
1. The damaged packaging
2. The shipping label
3. The contents you did receive (if any) I will do my best to find a solution for you.
For uninsured packages, I may offer a discounted replacement or other goodwill gesture, but I cannot guarantee full reimbursement.
