Custom and personalized orders

- Custom orders only available when I open slots.
-You can purchase up to 4 pairs in one package due to we are using DHL Express Internationally.
- Tracking number will be provided but insurance not included during the postage.
- When you receive your item and you are not satisfied with the workmanship, there will be no refund & I don't accept the item return to me.
- I do not allowed if I see my artwork sold higher by you & you claim that is your work, I will block you and never sell to you again. I hope if any of you saw my artwork sold by the buyer, kindly screenshot and report to me :)

Care instructions

- Kindly use the plastic comb or finger to style. Do not use pet brush.
- Never wet under the rain or water.
- Keep it in a container or drawer to avoid the metal from rusty after using it.

Why I still haven't receive my parcel which delayed very long?

- Kindly input your name, contact number & correct mailing address to me correctly. If you gave me the wrong mailing address, it is not my fault that you did not receive your parcel but I will reconfirm your address before mailing out.
- If the parcel is delayed by the customs, weather problem or transportation problem, I will not hold any responsibility.
- DHL Express takes about 3 to 7 working days to arrive to you 🙂
