We take pride in making sure that our orders are securely packaged before shipping. Unfortunately, sometimes an item may arrived slightly damaged.

Can I request to have my order gift wrapped?
We will be more than happy to include a gift tag and message with your order.
Unfortunately, we prioritize the secure packaging of our items to ensure they arrive undamaged, so we cannot offer gift wrapping at this time.
Can I customize the color of a watercolor print?
Yes! We are more than happy to make them any color you'd like!
I want to customize the color of a watercolor print. What colors are available?
We can make our watercolor prints any color you'd like! We pride ourselves on making our prints completely customizable to you and the environment they will hang in.
Have a wall color you want to compliment? A bedspread you'd love to match? Send us a picture of anything that is your color inspiration and we will do our very best to match it.
The color of my print looks different than the picture online. Why is that?
The color on computer screens vary, so some color variation may occur.
We do recommend viewing on a desktop as opposed to a device, as the color profiles can be different.
Can I order a print size bigger than 11x14?
Yes, and no. We currently don't have the ability in house to print larger than 11x14, but we can create a digital file for you in any size you would like.
