What are the cases made out of? Why does it look like cake?
My decoden cases are made with 100% silicone and resin, this means that case itself is waterproof and durable. The reason the silicone or "whip" looks like icing and cake is because I use a pastry piping bag & tip to make it that way ! Super cute right ? But please, these cases are NOT EDIBLE ! Please DO NOT EAT anything from or off these cases or accessories.
How do I take care of my case?
So, with each case I make and ship out comes with a "Case Care Card" and on there it tells you everything you need to know to take care of you Decoden Case :) if you have any specific questions or have lost your card please feel free to message me and I can send you a digital copy of it.
How do I order a Custom Case?
So I do make custom order cases, however I only have a few slots open at a time. You can find the "Order Form" on my website (www.poppysweetsdeco.carrd.co) near the bottom along with a link to current queue of custom orders. I will post on my Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook accounts when custom orders are being accepted and when they are closed.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All cases are wrapped in bubble wrap, tissue paper and then packed into a sturdy box. It is then gift wrapped and taped fully for maximum protection.
Charms and other small items are packed in a plastic bubbler mailer and then sealed.
