Their communications with me were very timely, and they went the extra mile upon discovering an error that could have delayed the item arriving, to ensure that we had the right item for our gift (plus they let us keep the one that was also sent in error). Would definitely use this shop in the future for similar gifts!

Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to work with you if you have a personalization request - we have beautiful, modern options for fonts for names and initials / monograms, particularly for cutting boards, as well as for mugs, tumblers, & pillows. If you are interested in exploring personalization on any items in our shop, just message us or hit the "Request Custom Order" button on our shop page!
Do you offer returns & exchanges?
Each of our items is custom created for you upon order, so while because of this we aren't able to offer returns or exchanges, we are happy to offer a Quality Promise. This means that if an item that you purchased from our shop arrives damaged or defective (clearly deviating from its product page), just reach out to us within 7 days of delivery via the Messaging button to let us know w/ some photos of the item and issue & we will be happy to make it right for you. Unfortunately, we cannot offer such corrections beyond 4 weeks of delivery. Thank you for your understanding & for supporting this small business!
Shipping
We always strive to ship within the stated timeframe; however, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as occasional delays may occur with the carrier. Delivery windows are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for misdelivery resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your order has not arrived and tracking still shows it as undelivered several days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us within 2 weeks of that date so we can make it right.
Unfortunately, we are unable to address undelivered items more than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date.

Multiple item orders & shipments
Some orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, but each package will have its own tracking number. Be sure to check all tracking numbers you receive to see where your item(s) are per the respective carrier(s).
Please also be sure to double check the shipping address on your order at checkout as we are not responsible for mis-delivery due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Q: How can I optimize chances for a before-Christmas delivery?🎄
A: To help optimize the chances of delivery by December 24 (please note this is not a delivery-by guarantee), we recommend placing orders for most items—including cutting boards—by December 9. For ornaments, we recommend ordering by December 10 and selecting Standard (not Economy) shipping.
✨ Orders placed after these dates may still arrive in time for Christmas, though timing can be a bit less predictable during the holiday season. We’re happy to continue fulfilling orders through the holiday, and every order is made and shipped as quickly as possible, with care.🎄

Do you ship to USA states outside the continental USA? (Alaska, Hawaii...)
Yes we do - kindly note that packages going to Alaska or Hawaii - any USA destination outside the continental USA can take longer than orders within the continental USA, and have a shipping estimate of 7-12 additional business days once production is complete.
Custom and Personalized Order Replacement
Further-customized orders — including any requests for unique design changes, color adjustments, or personalized inscriptions not shown in the original listing — are not eligible for return or refund but may be replaced if a manufacturing issue occurs.
Undeliverable / Returned Orders
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address are considered undeliverable. Because all items are made to order and ship directly from production, returned packages cannot be retrieved, resent, or refunded.
In these cases, we’re happy to offer a courtesy discount toward a replacement order.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?
All items are made to order and fulfilled as submitted at checkout. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes to inscriptions, personalization, quantity, or shipping details. Refunds or cancellations cannot be issued for accidental duplicate orders or orders placed in error once production has begun.
