Hi I’m Popi and I live in Thessaloniki. I love creating one of a kind pieces of jewelry and handmade pieces for decoration. I have a small workshop full with colors and all kind of stuff, boxes and drawers full of materials.
I started creating 10 years ago (although I’ve been a creative soul since ever), by altering my mother’s jewelry. Through the years I ‘ve learned several techniques but what I mostly love is using fabrics and recycled materials in my creations.
Sometimes I design on paper first and then the item takes its form. And sometimes my pieces are born during the process of enhancing the idea without really knowing the result from the beginning.
I’m inspired by the colors of the material, the shape, the texture and their unique combination. I love simple forms but bold shapes. If you want something funny, colorful and unique you are in the right place.
My etsy shop combines the love for creating unique jewelry with my love for photography.
I always have my notebook on me because you never know when the inspiration may strike you.
Creation is a constant process that affects my everyday life. I love all stages of creation, from choosing the materials of the handmade creation to deciding about the wrapping details of your package….
